Line Tensioner

The Line Tensioner is a system to support the Mic Suspension System without the use of knots. It is a system that allows for easy adjustment of heights and angles.
Also great for keeping line arrays from spinning!!
Stress Tested at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch
Supplied with the Mic Suspension System are two 25-metre-long rolls of cord and two carabiners all rated at 50 kg each.
The Line Tensioner has been tested in the calibrated machine pictured at the University of Canterbury Mechanical Engineering Department and a 24 kg tension still supported the load well. This gives a safety factor of over 20 times the weight of the system plus microphone/s which exceeds NZ Safety Standards and is approved by Workplace NZ.
Multipurpose Line Tensioner is also useful for campers, bikers, travellers and more
